- If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Gift Cards purchased on-line are non-refundable.

Incorrect bulk products ordered / delivered will be subject to a local store manager to make a special trip to your delivery destination to look at product. From that point, the manager and customer will resolve the problem. In some cases a Landmark loader may be required to come out and pick product up. By clicking “I have read and agree to the shipping, return, and privacy policy” customer accepts all responsibility for Landmark machine to enter property and remove product. Charges may apply.
